Chakras are Energy points in our bodies. Chakra means “wheel” in Sanskrit and is thought to be spinning disks of Energy that should stay open and aligned. They correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our Energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.

Your Chakra may be blocked or inactive if you experience some of the symptoms below:

Crown Chakra: Feel disconnected from the Divine, and unsure of your relationship to God/Source/Creator.

Third Eye Chakra: Feel unclear, unfocused, and unable to sense what is happening around you.

Throat: Unable to speak your truth, holding back on expressing your needs and desires, fear of speaking, social anxiety, inhibited creativity, stubbornness, detachment.

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which Universal Energy is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing. You may benefit from Reiki for example if you feel tired all the time, have chronic pain, feel overwhelmed emotionally, can’t focus because of brain fog, or feeling depressed.
